2. Offer Over Funnels
Take a step back and think about what you’re offering your market right now. Don’t sell products you think people will like, find out exactly what people are actually buying and sell them exactly that. Launch a simple funnel first, prove that it works, once you’re making money, then blow it up.

You want to make your prices like that of hotels and airlines especially if you sell physical products. Offer different packages. Supposing you sell 1pack of weight loss detox tea for N12,000, you set up a package where you’re offering 2packs for N21,000, you can also offer 3packs and a special gift for N27,000.
Just be creative.
Hence, With the same cost of ads, sales call, packaging etc you’re creating upside leverage for your business.
5. The Two-Way Bridge
Don’t limit your business. Just because you are into e-commerce doesn’t mean you can’t offer your customers an info product that solves a pain point for them.
If someone buys a diabetes supplement for instance, they will likely be open to buying more diabetes related offers. it doesn’t matter if that product comes in physical or digital form.
It’s not a subjective guess, it’s an objective fact!
If you sell physical products, offer buyers info-products as an upsell, cross-sell or down-sell. They will buy.
If you’re into info product, think of ways you can add up physical products to your biz model.
Done right, This alone can add up to N500k-N5M to your bottom-line in a year.
